Planners

Students record daily homework assignments and share with an adult daily. Please sign and return your student's planner each weekday to indicate that you have seen it.

 

Late and/or Missing Work

All work assigned during the week is due by Friday unless another deadline is given. Late work will only be accepted during the week it is assigned except for instances of student illness. Students are allowed 2 days for every 1 day of absence to complete make-up work. Students who do not complete daily work will have additional time during recess and/or Friday Fun to complete assignments.

 

Friday Folders

School information and graded work is sent home weekly in Friday Folders. Please review classwork with your child, sign the folder and return it to school on Monday.

 

Water Bottles

Students are asked to bring a water bottle every day. Water bottles are sent home on Friday to be cleaned and they will be sent home if it becomes a distraction. No other drinks are allowed.

 

—Birthdays

We celebrate birthdays with songs and good wishes, but if you want to bring a snack please send it with your child or drop it off before lunch at 12:10. If you have allergies, please send in special snack that can be given to your child if birthday goodies are brought in. 

 

Absences

Please call the office for all absences. If you are planning a vacation please fill out the form from the office and we will give missed work upon the student's return.
